You’ll complete an assessment of your current flexibility and goals. From there, I craft a program tailored to your body, with weekly check-ins and video feedback to adjust your plan as you progress.
Programs are designed to fit your schedule. Most clients see consistent progress with 3–5 focused sessions per week, but your program will be adapted to your availability and lifestyle.
No special equipment is required—just your body and space to move. Some stretches may benefit from blocks, bands, or a mat, but these are optional.
